you are exquisitely beautiful!
To me, Apsara in Indian myths!
You laugh, and don't believe me at all!

Beauty, what we see, but not feel, is an accident. If it happens to us, with pride, We are immensely content! ...........wonderful
You never realized, It was a privilege......fantastic poetic expression. A wonderful poem...top score!
Part 3 I would say, we should strive to develop such inner beauty in ourselves, by loving our fellow beings, keeping our body and soul clean and reading what good words, words of wisdom left for us by our ancestors. And let our deeds and actions speak for us, not the beauty of our body.
Very very true! We all love to look beautiful, but without beauty of the soul, beauty is not real! I really like your comment - the beauty of character, culture, aesthetic disposition transcends age! Thank you.
Part 2 As you said, the bodily beauty withers away with age. But the beauty of character, culture and aesthetic disposition transcends age. On the contrary, a beautiful body may not be attractive, if the soul dwelling in it is haughty, arrogant and greedy. Contd..
Hi Malabika, Lovely poem. You have captured your idea about beauty being an accident, happening to us by the combination of genes transcending from may be, thousands of generations of our ancestors. And the panic we undergo, feel when we realise this beauty withering with age. (Contd)
You say/Beauty, what we see, is an accident/If it happens to us, with our little lives/We are content! Beautiful expression! A magnificent poem.......................10
When I wrote this poem, I thought about physical beauty of human beings. Now, I am wondering - what about the inner beauty, beauty of the soul? That's not an accident, right? Thank you for reading. I would really appreciate if you read a few of my recent poems! Your comments and comments from the other poets are so valuable!
Philosophical musings about beauty. But, isn't all forms of art is an expression of beauty- Man-woman, living or non-living as well as divine? Beauty is never accidental. Thanks a lot.
I love this - really great conversation! I actually meant physical beauty of human beings, but now I am starting to think about other beauties - in nature, in art! This will give me an idea about another poem - how beauty is everywhere and eternal! Thanks a lot.
Hi Dear Poet, Thanks for your rating of my poem. You are so kind!
What stays, is the Real Me! such a great truth... it is the way of the world that they go after external skin deep beauty... but what stays is the truth of me...... thank u dear poetess. tony
Hi Poet! It is such a pleasure to find your encouraging and thoughtful comments. Thanks so much.
Slowly and slowly it goes away. The beauty gradually fades away either in flower or in in human being due to changeable time and aging. An amazing perception is noticed. A brilliant poem is cleverly penned..10
Thanks so much for finding time to read my poem. Perhaps I did not cover all areas of beauty, but it is just a perception about our fragile life and external beauty.
Slowly and slowly it goes away, And we freak out! And try to hold on to what is left! .......so true. Beauty of body is not permanent. It goes way slowly. A beautiful poem on life and beauty shared amazingly.10
