I must say that I do not contemplate this dark side of beauty that you describe so well in this piece. It is not that I don't see it, it is that I don't study on it. Beauty is something that I see as present, but I do not take note of its effects on people and society too much. For me, I believe that beauty is a zero sum. It destroys as much as it claims. You seem to be wary of it. I am less curious about it, because I do not see it hiding. It is always there to be seen. GW62
