Grace, I will mark this poem as one of my favourites, I'm so happy God led me to you this morning. I said these words many times in the past to my most beautiful daughter. She walked with head down, fearful of all around, I didn't give up of course, I encouraged her day after day. I admit though I was a very strict parent and wanted only the best for my daughter and sons, but I know now that I was harder on her than the boys so I contributed to that behaviour. As a very famous man once said ' you do better when you know better'. We worked on this together and she changed tremendously to where she was the exact opposite. She's beautiful, stands with head held high. I'm going to show her this poem, she'll thnk it was written for her. Everything happens for a reason and this morning the good Lord led me to this poem, she needs to see this at this time, it will help to show her again how far she has come. God is good.
