Beads Of Gold-Iii Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

Beads Of Gold-Iii

Rating: 5.0

The longer the way I cover
The farther thee move afar
My journey to thee remains
A pursuit painfully endless

Delightful is it to indulge in
Exploring thy abode aloof
Alas! ye vanish ere I reach
Leaving alone the shadow

My thirst for immersing in
Thy love's depths is immense:
In shrines and sanctuaries
I searched for you, but in vain

The way to thee remains long
The sun is about to sink down
Serpent Night will swallow me
Lead me to thy sheltering roof
