I tried to forget him
I tried to move on.
I tried to fall in love again
Long after he was gone.

I put on a smile
but it just felt like an act.
I would always wish deep down
That he would come back.

Looking in your eyes
I feel a little ashamed
Its different with him and you.
The love doesn't feel the same

I gave a part of me to him
So it will always be this way
He'll always be on my mind
I think about him every day.

I'm sorry it has to be like this
But there's no way you would win
Because when I think about forever
It will always be with him
