Patience in life, the world is losing, much knowledge,
And talent, everyone wants, things now or yesterday.
Driverless cars, robots, staring at a screen for everything,
Much born with wisdom and talents, just left to waste away.
The material world has taken introspection away,
It's more popular and faster, to let a unknown person,
On a phone, show you a video, or story, without thinking,
Is it true, false, right or wrong, you don't have to think,
Wait, work, practice, which all take patience,
So you're happy, for a moment, that day.
As the story goes, the less you use your brain and mind,
Like muscles, on your body, they will slowly fade.
