Dear friend! Be not afraid of greatness
It is meant for everybody in fairness
Even if the road is bad in roughness
Believe you can get there with a little toughness

Dear friend! Know that it will not be rosy all times
And you can never get enough pastimes
As you have got to be on work most times
The end will justify all gone times

Dear friend! Read the histories of people gone past
Theirs were narrations of great events moved past
They stood in rain and shine like that rusted mast
Greatness, when achieved, is similar to that iron cast

Dear Friend! Be ready to bask in your greatness
The joy of achievement is for you in fairness
You have had the bad in roughness
Now you can enjoy everything after your toughness
