Great poem David and so true. Children who sit in front of computers for too long put on weight so it goes to show exercise is one of the key factors and eating in moderation, although I think as we get older we can eat smaller portions than we used to. I loved 'I like roly poly and they are like streaky bacon' and as Carol Gall says lots of lols for the streaky bacon. love Karin 10
