'now is the time for a new start in my life leaving behind the battered hinges on the door to my forsaken heart, but letting the opportunity to replace its barren walls of sorrow...... ' very moving touching poem indeed..in fact this is the time for a new start in my life too, but it is said than done thought....to get that kick start, when the past is full of wounds... nice inspirational write ma'am... regards shan

Bonnie, the sea speaks volumes in this powerful poem. It is all there, the thrashing waves, the driftwood, gulls and the moon pulling me into your story. The imagery of the door concluded an excellent poem. 10 Karin Anderson

'and now is the time for a new start in my life leaving behind the battered hinges on the door to my forsaken heart, but letting the oppourtunity to replace its barin walls of sorrow...... 'this is a very nice piece..i qoute this stanza coz for me its the highlightfor this poem...never be dismayed for there is always a sun after darkness...there is always a rainbow after the rain...and tears will be replaced with laughters...let time heals the wounds..make your life as pretty as the colors..make all the senses active and don't make your heart as hard as the stone..accept GOD'S will for HE knows everything...this is also what i did... naizz
