Bangles, The Beauty Of A Mother! Poem by Ujjal Mandal

Bangles, The Beauty Of A Mother!

When a mother wears bangles and
Expands her hands
Like the budding petals,
It seems the gems are
Falling like the smile
Of the blooming moon.
The bangles sing
The song of beauty when
Mother swings
Her spanking hands in the air and
The nightingale forgets her song;
With bangles a
Mother looks so beautiful that
The shadow of Pluto can't fall on
The things she loves.
Oh, what a beauty the mother possesses!
As if
The golden flowers swaying on
The golden tree.
