Balance Poem by Chad Joseph

Balance

Picking up the pieces that was left with me
Going home pretending nothing happened to me
Being strong for next person is not easy
Breaking down in silence and not speaking to someone is defeat
Jesus Christ is way the truth and the life
Many Go to him but never sacrifice
Wise lady told me never hate to those who hurt you
Hard choices will lead to easy life
Determination that will lead to a sacrifice
The Holy Spirit living in us
On a one way track why won't people love me back
Communication lack hate to understand what is that
Blame all mistakes on innocent objects
With no balance checks Jesus can fill the gaps
On a road with cracks a heart full of maps
Looking at yourself and you do not know what to say
JESUS is always the way
In the midst of stillness that changes your mind
Never desire something you will never find
Awake physically but your heart is on a grind
pain demands to be felt
Eyes that refuse to watch you leave
A museum full of art but you had your eyes closed
Peace that comes from the soul and nothing can take that glow
