Ahmad, timely welcome words. As a woman (not all women, mind you) , I now know that I spent most of my life tending to the needs of others, including animals. Of late, I've been yearning to do just what you suggest. For me, it includes spending time engaging with strangers when I'm out and about. Lots of laughter, relaxation and lots of learning are the results. Good medicine. Love to examine things in nature, ponder the what, why, where and how of life, too. Definitely requires leisure time and a relaxed state of being. I do think that you, based on your incredible observations of all that is, have mastered the art. Thank you! Carol
