Walking down your street
In the perfect so called town
People say they wouldn’t judge
Look at them now
Staring at a mother
Who are they to judge?
She is ignoring the stares
Comments in her head
All she wanted was a baby
Rumours just were the beginning
As she gazed at her bundle of joy
Watching her classmates walk by
Her friends are laughing
They were never true
These so called friends gave her more of the blues
As she came home that late evening
She was told to move out
Where could she stay?
She had a baby
A women’s home, a shelter
Who now could help her?
When you’re a mum at 15
Choices are limited, just as u see
Food is a problem
Money will always be
Friends are hard to find
Think twice before having a baby
