Away Poem by Phil Soar

I've been away for sometime now
Years have moved with speed
Although my age has spread like fire
There really was no need
I lost the need to share a rhyme
Maybe it's writers block
I guess It was from time to time
I think I should Unlock
The memory bank I left behind
A start my rhymes again
But as I've aged, the thought have gone
And writing seemed a pain
I've been away for quite a while
And now let's try anew
I hope I write some words you like
