AWAKE MY SOUL TO RIGHTEOUSNESS...AMEN!

Awake my soul to Righteousness
Enjoy its benefits
Walking in the light with Jesus Christ
Receive the blessing of it
Waiting upon the will of the Lord
For praise God He leadeth me
With joy unspeakable and full of glory
Brings a satisfying life to me

I've labored to enter into that rest
And found it a treasure sure
Living by faith in the Son of God
My Salvation is assured
Resting on the promises
His Words...yea...and amen!
Yielding to the Lord's demand of us
Ye must be born again!


Swift to God upon awakening
Thank Him for this day
Remembering He gives you the breath to live
Throw some praises His way
Guard your heart above all else
For it is a living soul
Need a transplant for Godly living?
Christ can make you whole!

Hallelujah, what a Saviour!
