Avocado Poem by Marvin Brato Sr

Avocado

Avocado tree grows beside our little house,
from a seed dumped as waste on the dirt.
Rainny days came with intermitent sunshine,
to bath and caress the sprouting tiny growth.
Later years came and passed on forgotten fruit,
until such time when its flowers start to bloom,
Soon green fruity bearings appear to appre iate,
hanging proudly on the branches for all to desire.
The avocado tree wwhich seeds was once thrown,
now becomes the aople of the eyes of everybody.
Many wants it to devour and taste its meaty flesh,
most claim for it as though their own planted crop.
Later agreed to share it as blessing for everybody,
as God is the one who created avocado to grow.
Avocado as like all edibke fruits are for man to eat,
and such privilege is a gift to maniknd fir it to value.
