Autumn's In Your Eyes Poem by dave lessard

Autumn's In Your Eyes

Autumn's in your eyes
reflected off the trees;
shining, brilliant, dazzling
from multi-colored leaves.

Autumn's in your kiss
lingering soft and long;
I hear music somewhere
It's October's song.

Autumn's in your touch
subtle, warm, refreshing;
you cling so close to me
I feel our bodies meshing.

Autumn's in your voice
sweet as an evening breeze;
like honey-flavored nectar
sure to the lips to please.

Autumn's in your eyes
they're glowing like the leaves;
that cascade down from heaven
from sun-shined dappled trees.
