Austerity Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Austerity

Austerity

Ever a seeker, i dream of the stars,
Unborned fullfilling a life i could never be,

A dream is always calling everywhere,
A song is waiting in a latent star,

At the other end God is all embracing,
A father calls for belonging to all his sons,

One shinning moment is all i asked,
Let every desire filtered from love of life to seal it whole,

All crookedmess corrected,
All straight, upright, and tall bearing,

It had made many lives uncomfortable,
To insists on obeying
lies and half truths,

Every unfashioned star must make a memory of these failure,

Seek another route to justice,
Once corrected the body reacts with kindness,
This latent stor is our only hope, for an insatiable appetite,

The heart is ever this famous for this austerity.
