I read your poem 'Auld Lang Syne'. It is a beautiful work with deep meaning. I like these lines, 'Across faded land and jaded life, shiny facades and abject fleas, through peeling bells and human strife, humming birds and ceaseless bees.' Best wishes, Cigeng

The philosophy of life and death described so truly...funeral tune and the theme go hand in hand. Allusion to cup of poison makes it further serene.Ticking of clock signifies life's fast paced journey. It's well-written memorable composition.
