A T O M S have lost their prestige in Science - they're not the irreducible element of material reality, say, Lucretius thought they were. It's all sub-atomic now and QUANTUM UNIVERSE(S) . But this poem quickly shifts from what the title made think it would be about to a contrast in scale as conceived by the human imagination (scientific and poetic) . You refer to two cosmic orders of POETRY - namely, POETRY OF THE SPACES and VERSES OF THE CELESTIAL THINGS. You don't tell us who writes this, or who reads it - perhaps those aren't the right verbs. Here is one parallel that strikes me. Muslims believe there is an ETERNAL QURAN by THE THRONE OF ALLAH, of which the Quran dictated to Mohammad is a version, much reduced obviously. Just as obviously, humans cannot read this heavenly Quran. So your two titles could be symbolic of an ORDER OF COSMIC KNOWLEDGE presently inaccessible to us, but still related to the poetry practiced by us earthly poets. And perhaps in the future our species may be able to experience directly both of those cosmic sources. And your list of things accessible to us on earth reminds me that Keats thought earth was enough and that the POETRY OF EARTH NEVER CEASES.
