Disagree: poetic wording that fits the overall tone of the poem. Can you improve on it?

I know Nan and thank you. Your always be my storm in the sky and wondrous gift Ill always know is there. Just because I know you are there. Tears may fall and pain may sear through my soul but our souls are still our own. And God Bless that name we fear so much in our existances.
