At The End Of Love
At the end of love the book contradicts itself
You read it upside down
Interpreting death as life
and life as death
The walls will come down
The pestilence will start from you
In you
Because at the end of love
You start loving yourself
Not remembering to love that which you hate
and hate that which you love
There is no greater silence than that of science
you breathe as a bridge to life
You die as a fact of life
You create illusions leading to strife
becoming embalmed in snow
science rendering you silent
And that which you think you know
And yet,
At the end of love there should be rethinking
At the end there should magnanimity
Empathy
Sympathy
And rebirth
At the end of love
