The drama in this poem grabs me: the dramatic backdropp of a performance with the drama of our emotions. And I always love a bit of drama! Thanks!

Your exceptional poem brings to mind these words of Gibran, 'Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.', Beautiful, as always, Uriah. Warm regards, Sandra

The best people always seem to hook up with who don't deserve them and are pined for and truly loved by those they don't see... this is heart-wrenching, painful to read, so strong in its longing, and with a hint of acceptance... tragically, masterfully written. t x

'I'll gaze fondly at every footstep, until my heart disappears' just about sums it up. Superb piece, Uriah - filled with melancholy and longing. love, Allie xxxxxxx
