At Best I Am A Child Of God
At best I am a child of God
Who knows my name
The old self is no longer
The same.
For now I have God's Spirit
In me and I am
Totally changed.
Holy Spirit delivers me
From all of my pain.
Holy Spirit comforts me
When I feel sad or
Defamed.
Holy Spirit is my friend
Till the end.
Holy Spirit dwells in me
I am at peace once again.
