A dear friend if mine, a commercial fisherman, used to surprise me with the bounty of his catch...I used to tell him, you filet it, I will fry it, always a bit queasy when it came to cutting up the fish....but high so delicious the reward I can almost smell the feast....Well done painting your port' s picture.
