Ashoka Blooms Have Started Blooming/ Palash Trees/ Under The Gulmohar Trees Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Ashoka Blooms Have Started Blooming/ Palash Trees/ Under The Gulmohar Trees

Ashoka Blooms Have Started Blooming

How lovelier the ashoka blooms,
Yellow-orange blooms
Which have started blooming,
Bedecking the leaves,
Waiting to turn red
Before they wilt
The ashoka blooms!

Palash Trees

Dotting the hills,
The hilly terrains of the plateau
With rocks, stones and trees
So leaflessly during spring,
But with the clusters of blooms,
Ornate, wild and flowery
Blooming in bunches,
Wild blooms so clustered
But looking lovelier,
So yellow, orange and red,
Painting the wild space
With flaming red.

Under The Gulmohar Trees

With the florid clusters of blooms,
Reddish and yellowish blooms,
Beating heat and dust,
Braving summer,
I sometimes stand under
To see the clusters of blooms
Looking so charming,
Fanciful and iamginarive,
Red gulmohar blossoms,
Red and yellow, yellow and red.
