Yes dr Anthony in my youth I lived an extremely ascetical life. That was my journey but as I aged I became less extreme. My old teacher a Cistercian monk who is now 90 always said virtue is down the middle. Very interesting thank you We all have our own journey to God. It's all such a mystery
