I found myself very moved by this poem. It is strange how often we witness some injustice taking place, see someone in trouble or in pain and feel unable to react or as if it is not our place to do so. Yet, if we are sane and sentient human beings we must realize that what ill befalls others affects us too. Wonderful, thoughtful write. Thank you sincerely.
