We pass the ordinary pleasures of life as mere trifles and focus our attention only on the grandiose. Later we come to regret the lost moments and long for them like a piece of parched land thirsting for water! Beautifully composed in elegant and choicest words! I have written a poem A Fool on the same topic, but in a simpler style!

Taken into notice.I'm not afraid of literary critic, dear Kelly. That is what I expect from you.Thank you.
I had to lookup anhydrous, but what a nice poem. Brings several clear pictures to mind.
