As I Saw You

As I saw you
The sky changed its hue
flowers in fragrance so new
sparks new in eyes of light
mind got poised for flight,
rainbow winked
from behind grey clouds
lifting spirit to high rounds;
as I saw you
despair was away on exile
filling the wind with love's smile.
