Artist's Agony Poem by Binu Mathew

Artist's Agony

With hawk's eyes ‘n dog's ears,
The artist feels the pulse around,
To create a social critique,
Winning praise,
And inviting criticism!
Appreciation, like a meteor shower,
Vanishes, but antagonism,
The dark cloud, lingers!
