Art On Wings Poem by T.L. Toadvine

Art On Wings

We walk into the gallery
Everyone knows who we are
I'm the man-in-the-moon
And you're my star

As you speak
Children are healing
The hall hanging on every word
This moment
When every word matters
The poetry in you unfurls

Afterwards, the reception
Of appreciation and charming grace
Saving
One child at a time
One precious piece of the human race
