🌿 Are War And Man Inevitable? Poem by varkey veliyath kauthukapark

🌿 Are War And Man Inevitable?

Is war part of man,
Or part of life?
Existence itself
Creates war.
Forces of nature
Push toward war.
The balance of the cosmos
Leads to war.
Nature seeks balance,
And invites conflict.
To survive,
Life struggles.
Man wants to own,
To control everything.
He expands,
He develops—
And meets war.
Yet man is not fully guilty,
He walks a path not fully his.
Rough trade,
Careless competition,
All move toward war.
Driven by forces unseen,
He acts without full knowing.
Change never stops,
Time keeps moving,
War follows.
In every generation,
War appears.
We know peace
Because of war.
The journey of the universe
Walks through war.
Yet love and harmony
Wait in the future.
Human laws are weak
To stop it fully.
Because something deeper
Moves it all.
Not man alone,
Not even the divine alone—
But a greater order at work.
So blame becomes lighter,
And judgment grows softer.
So peace and war
Stay together—
An inseparable bond.
And man still dreams of peace.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem reflects on a deep question: is war a part of human nature or a part of life itself? It shows how existence, nature, and human desires together lead to conflict. At the same time, it reminds us that peace and hope are still the true goal of humanity.
