Till now the virgin area, is now becoming the target of man's greed which probably will never be satisfied. This unhindered tinkering is fraught with dire consequences. A very relevant issue and so very well raised. An excellent write

A well informed and insightful write. Our one species continues to think that we own the Earth, we do not we share it. It does not belong to us and this poem highlights just a little of the problems for other animals and their homes that we spread globally. We are not a bad species, but we are careless, greedy, selfish and sadly deluded.

When we extract out Nature's bounty beyond a certain limit, it will have far reaching consequences which each succeeding generation will have to bear in rising intensities! Unless man learns to curb his greed for greater wealth, man and animals will be in peril! A great poem with a warning, never to be ignored!

Melting of arctic ice is showing effect on atmosphere. Drilling for oil leads to many problems as described. Some exploration is needed for man to advance but all this must be carried out with responsibility. Great poem. Thank you.
