this is a very touching poem and a lovely portrayal of a typical indian family of wife taking care of husband and children no matter what trouble they give us..

a very lovely poem portrait of your home and family. love is about acceptance, forgiveness. parenthood doesn't come with a guide book, we do our best, however we have feet of clay. Samnyan, its a very touching account and proves without doubt, gratitude and love you feel for your parents. brken or not broken home, people can emerge whole, with a holistic approach. Mamta

There is no such as perfect family as to it is only an idea as to ideal... family blessed by God and formed in true love no matter what will be as a lovely home sweet home to all.............10++++++++

Perfect love never breaks the ties between the two, even when they differ in their opinion. It is a gift to have such an appa and an amma, who, despite their mutual differences, gave a living home for their children.

A good couple. Good parents. Their off springs are blest. The last stanza- such personal notes have no relevance for the reading public. Let it forever remain in your heart as a personal note of grief. Nobody really would like to read such accounts with a balanced heart. It can be disturbing. You may delet it if you can.

As we grow older we, I believe, see our parents as two people doing the best they could to bring up children, without ever having training to do so. They let you grow and develop and I heard someone say today 'in every tear is a jewel'. Your parents were your jewels samanyan and your love for them is so loyal and true. 10 Karin Anderson

Very touching poem Samanyan....such commitment to the institution of marriage is a very rare thing today..and rarer still is the childrens' acceptance of their parents' faults and foibles...good write indeed...
