Apocrypha: Psalm 61 (Refrain Stanza) 2 Poem by Gert Strydom

Apocrypha: Psalm 61 (Refrain Stanza) 2

You paint the world aquarelle at the sky and at sea,
it's You that gives the apricot-colour to the new morning,
at times do hang the sky with grey and black clouds,
bring rain and give deliverance when man is longing for it.
Who can enter your infinity or Your treasure troves
or as a Godly being determine You?
It's You that take the storm and wind from the sea
and as a human I am before Your omnipotence perplexed,
it's You that gives the apricot-colour to the new morning,
