Contemplating on the lessons learnt. Liked the way you put it. Cute abd brief
I once, a long time agi, meditated for an hour. I would struggle 5 minutes now in the lotus pose. Good short poem.
David, had it not been for meditation, I would have died climbing the Grand Canyon. Gotta write a poem about that one.
