Apart Comments

I am growing apart! Thanks for sharing this poem with us.

This must have been a difficult poem to write, and to read after you wrote it. But it shows a maturity of spirit that you tell the truth about your family relations with not a trace of negativity. Just admitting that being together would cause problems that make being apart the best situation - well, it takes courage to do that. As a poem, there's not a false step in the whole piece; its most important component is its honesty, and having said that, I've said enough.
