I experienced this just yesterday. ]-[ Quite accurate, if you ask me.
a great subject with which we are all familiar, but not always aware our body's inevitable connection with our emotions; a good job capturing this, perceptive of what we all can identify with.
Like this too; I would have liked (too) a little more background; the anxiety is here rather nebulous.
A superb write providing us with a great understanding of how hard it is living with anxiety. Thank you
