Sad comments from the pen of a woman who herself has suffered in her own country, and now living in exile. An apt choice to be selected for the second time as the poem of the day.
The hardships through which women in most of the developing and under developed nations pass through out their lives have been portrayed in this poem even today. A well deserved modern poem of the day.
