If you feel angry, well, it is natural, and if in the aftermath you feel bad about it, then I think not so much is lost, redemption is not far. these feelings are very expressed in this poem.

I would like to put spotlight on the third stanza: I shouted at the top of my voice/In the dense forest/My screams were answered/By the birds/With their sweetest songs……traumatic experience! I find pleasure reading it time and again!

In the first stanza you have expressed the vibrating effect anger developing a kind of animal instinct in a person. In the second stanza you have noted the dire consequences of it ……then you think of meditating. In the next stanza, your screams are answered by birds…… And finally, a great realization!
