I think Parents are responsible up until kids reach age 13. After 13, it is impossible for parents to keep them under the control. The outer environment and or governmental management and various dreams and scenarios orchestrated by medias manipulate and hypnotise children. They start kidnapping children from loving families. How true....! Children should be properly trained from the very beginning! To rear them up as disciplined and peace loving people is the parents responsibility. It cannot be designated to the school authorities or moral instructors. Negation of this responsibility can invite fatal consequences!
