Anderson Dclxxxviii Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Anderson Dclxxxviii

Rating: 5.0

Why do I weep deeply?
Because of the wounds of an empty heart
That never heal
My green eyes liquify
For the pain is, sometimes, too much
But, please, do not let yr blue eyes cry
Just wrap me in cocoon of love
That yr arms can provide
As those wounds are cured
In the silence of the night
And become broken again
