Very much a delightful land and a poem on this island....I have heard people say so much about Andaman...but this the first time I am reading about Andaman specially in a poetry format....much exciting to read...the last stanza is wonderful...great attempt Gita

Dear Dr. Geeta madam, you are lucky that you have visited Andaman Islands with your husband and daughter. It was a wonderful holiday, so close to nature and you are successful to compose some beautiful poems from which this is one of them. This poem is so attractive and heart touching. Your description, Geeta, makes this a desirable destination for me. Did you snorkel or scuba dive? Not far from shore on the big island called Hawaii, where I lived for more than a year and a half, the coral reef there made snorkeling a technicolor delightful experience.-Glen
