Life is very complex. I believe our awareness of our existence and eventual death is what makes us so extraordinary. Science has explained our origin, our evolution, and we know our life will come to an end, just by observing. No one escapes death, that is a certainty. No one wants to stop living, but death does not ask our permission. And each one of us has a unique idea as to what awaits us after death. We form these differing opinions throughout our lives. Religion has the biggest influence on what we think. But as long as it brings us comfort and we find peace at our death, this is what matters. Some unfortunate people find no hope while they are alive, but hope abounds in their hearts as they lay on their deathbed. And so we must respect each person's ideas and beliefs.
