If God could be visualised
In its fullest splendour,
In human form with an
Incredible vision of beauty,
Irrepressible charming countenance,
Irresistible mesmerising smile,
Illumination of profound knowledge,
Is it not a amazing or wondrous perception?
Bhakta or Devotee,
Beaming with devotion,
Buoyant and bright,
Bounces in Bliss Supreme
Bathed in the nectar of ‘Ananda'
Blessed by the vision of God.
A pious and pure poem dear madam! I had so far not gone deep into the concept, 'bliss'...I had a wrong notion that pleasure is called bliss. You have brilliantly brought before us what is 'ananda'...what is 'bliss'! ToMyPoemList
Yes, well said, the ego that identifies with body and mind experiences only pleasure, a material/physical experience; the soul or atman experiences ananda, joy and bliss. It is of the nature of sat, chit and ananda.
The entire concept of Anand or divine bliss has nicely been elucidated through this beautiful poem. The first part of the poem gives us an idea of how a person bathed in this divine bliss would look like. Part two shows as to who would be qualified to attain such a state in life. Thanks, Geeta ji, for putting across this spiritual concept in easy words.
Bhakta or Devotee, Beaming with devotion, Buoyant and bright, Bounces in Bliss Supreme Bathed in the nectar of ‘Ananda' Blessed by the vision of God. Pure joy, we all want that pure joy of life here in this world and also in the union with Paramatma.... a wonderful and great spiritual poem dear Gita. you have always taught me spiritual ideas of Hinduism for which i am grateful to you. ton

Irrepressible charming still carries beauty and devotion. We should feel the clarity of each graceful day and feel motivation done by our Lord Krishna! By Chanting his name we can get greatest bliss. Paramananada he only gives. This is very nice poem! Hare Krishna! ..10++
Devotion is the power from inside heart can feel it if there the belief lives as the pure being; superb writing on the God believing
in the prologue to john's gospel it says, as kumarmani has commented, that no one has seen God at any time but that Jesus, in his life, as i take it, gives us the best picture of what God is like. on bliss, just for a bit of fun, see my poem " the picture of bliss." -glen
