An Unforgiving Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

An Unforgiving

Rating: 5.0

For Thee; All that was is stilled in memories
Here outside a broken window looking in
Be it the same as once was yesteryear
Left in Limbo are the sins to be relived

Sinking upon a pillow restless, nearing
So far, and ever close whence a dream
It follows all the days before tomorrow
Instilling as a child once believed

From within, not so long ago
Before reliving a changing, deeper need
Then, as if lost between whatever destiny
Ending all with nightmarish haunting screams

Private Hell, eternally ever chasing
Never spoken outside of real dreams
Breaks a heart so longing for redemption
Lost, whereon an unforgiving endless sea
