2 – i MUCH prefer the limerick form, but the 1st version is not as bad as my private message may have suggested it is. ha ha. the limerick version is …(to quote a world-renowned poem critic: ME) …fantastic. a trip to MyPoemList is deserved and is coming up ASAP. if i were reading aloud i'd be sure to give emphasis to last syllables in lines 1,2, & 5 of limerick. bri :)

1 – re: Poet's Notes: thanks, BUT if this is making fun of YOU, and IF you are female, as your photo SEEMS to show you are, why use the pronoun " he" ? ? " hacienda heights" ..sounds like a gated community. is that where " he" crashed? nice h/h alliteration.

Thanks Bri for your comment. Note was added later. While writing the poem I simply used an metaphor suited most to express a thought.
