An Obstickle Poem by Catherine Casey

An Obstickle

An obstickle;

An object made for fun.

It doesn't block the arteries

Or stick your shoes with gum.

Instead it finds the funny spot

And tickles like a feather.

Brings joy to moaning Mick

And incorporates whoever.

Soggy washing, burning toast

All turned around with this.

An obstickle illusion.

A fairy’s favourite wish.
