I love your linking of the intellectual and the spiritual. The division of them into hostile camps, both of which take an EITHER/OR view of things, was never the right attitude. And you are claiming their dual, BOTH/AND roles in our lives. That's the good news. But this poem shows your struggle with grief and heartache which always shadow our brightest moments. But I followed the ascent of this poem and it drew me up higher and higher with each stanza to a perception of the larger JOY that absorbs the sad things into its immensity. Your poem doesn't deny the sadness - it gives us a vision beyond it,

A very thoughtful and articulate writing about finding one's exact state of mind and continuously thinking and endeavoring for the welfare and goodness of human being in coming days. Very profound penning which leaves a tremendous impression.
